在供试条件相同情况下,对同一品种、同一产地的柞蚕雌茧进行了不同种级、茧质,不同出库时期、暖茧温度对卵量的多因子互作试验研究。结果表明:用克蛹转化卵粒数( 克蛹卵量) 衡量柞蚕雌性生殖力较单蛾产卵量更科学。克蛹卵量:丝茧比原种低22 % ;内染茧比正常茧低6 % ;不同茧质、不同暖茧温度间存在显著差异;5 月20 日与4 月20 日出库,差异不显著。研究认为:应建立以卵量母种投产柞蚕生物茧的四级繁育体系,生防用茧必须从柞蚕生物茧以上种级中选出,其内染率应控制在15 % 以下;早春暖茧,其蛹滞育前期可适当补温,发蛾暖茧温度以中温偏低(18 ℃~22 ℃) 为宜;夏季暖茧,其蛹滞育前期不宜多补温,发蛾暖茧温度以中温偏高(20 ℃~24 ℃) 、 R H75 % ~85 % 为宜。
