一、全国的改革向电大提出新的改革要求一年多来,在邓小平同志南巡谈话的精神激励下,全国深化改革的浪潮汹涌澎湃,也向广播电视大学提出了新的改革要求.早在建校初期,电大这一新的教育形式就受到了渴望学习的广大在职职工和社会青年的热烈欢迎,太原电大建校初期在校生达2000多人,到1987年,达到7000多人.然而,近些年来电大教育的优势没能得到很好地发挥,生源逐年减少,形成了“无米下锅”的局面.这里虽然有客观条件的影响,但我们认为更重要的还是主观上不够主动,主要表现在:(1)专业结构不合理,不能适应日趋成熟的市场经济 I.
