合同制用工制度作为市场经济的产物,对提高员工工作积极性和整体素质有着十分重要的意义。随着市场经济的推进和医疗体制改革的深入,医院人事工作的开放性、自主性日益凸显,大量合同制性质的人员进入医院,医院用人结构发生了巨大的变化。在编员工和合同职员工在薪酬福利、管理制度方面都有差异,如果不能够做好合同职员工的思想政治工作,会挫伤员工的积极性和主动性,严重则会影响医院整体质量的改善。因此,在新形势下重视医院合同制工作人员的生存状况势在必行。
Contract labor system as a product of the market economy, to improve staff enthusiasm and overall quality is of great significance. With the promotion of the market economy and the deepening of the reform of the medical system, the openness and autonomy of the personnel work in the hospital have become increasingly prominent. Large numbers of contractual personnel have entered the hospital, and the employment structure of the hospital has undergone tremendous changes. There are differences in terms of compensation and benefits and management system among employees and staff of contract. If they can not do the ideological and political work of contract staff, they will dampen the enthusiasm and initiative of staff and seriously affect the improvement of the overall quality of the hospital. Therefore, under the new situation, it is imperative to attach importance to the living conditions of hospital contract staff.
