针对超超临界过热汽温被控对象大滞后、大惯性的特点,设计了一种从结构上改进且易于实现的串级Smith预估补偿控制系统。文中给出了具体的实现步骤以及各控制器参数的整定方法,并通过Matlab仿真,证明该控制策略在控制过热汽温等大滞后对象时具有良好的动态品质和较强的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the large lag and large inertia of controlled object of super-superheat superheated steam temperature, a cascade Smith predictive compensation control system which is structurally improved and easy to implement is designed. In this paper, the specific implementation steps and the tuning method of each controller parameter are given. By Matlab simulation, it is proved that the control strategy has good dynamic quality and robustness in controlling large lag objects such as superheated steam temperature.
