近年来,浙江省内住房市场价格和住房需求均保持在高位,而银行业大量投放住房贷款,这些引起了住房贷款增长和住房需求、住房价格之间内部关系的变动。本文选取浙江省2015年1月-2016年2月数据建立VAR模型,研究浙江省个人住房贷款增长与住房需求、住房价格之间的关系,实证表明在目前浙江省的房地产市场上住房贷款与住房需求、住房价格之间存在均衡关系。
In recent years, both the housing market price and housing demand in Zhejiang Province have remained at high levels, while the banking industry has invested heavily in housing loans, which have caused changes in the internal relations between housing loan growth and housing demand and housing prices. This article selects the data from January 2015 to February 2016 in Zhejiang Province to establish the VAR model to study the relationship between the growth of individual housing loans in Zhejiang Province and housing demand and housing prices.
