随着时代的变迁,教育形势也越来越变得严峻而复杂,同时也对教与学提出了更高的要求,教师不再是简单的讲解者与示范者,学生也不再是单纯的接受者与模仿者。当今世界要求我们必须以发展的眼光来看待教育,以发展的心态来对待教育,最终以实现培养可持续发展的未来建设者与接班人。信息技术学科以其特殊的身份出现在我们的课程中,不但要求我们要把这个丰富多彩的信息世界给学生解释清楚,更要求我们进一步培养学生的操作技能,使得信息技术不仅仅是一门课程,而是学生学习与生活的一种需要,也是学生未来自主发展的需要。在三维教学目标中,能力目标的实现是三个目标中最基本也是最关键的,所以,我们必须在能力目标的实现上苦下功夫,使得操作技能的形成不再是单纯的照搬照抄,而是在体验式任务的完成中自由发挥,以一种愉悦与放松的心态来学得知识与技能,以拓展自己的思维,锻炼学生的灵活应变能力,为发展学习和终身学习打下坚实的基础。
