目的:探讨花粉症患者血浆白细胞介素(IL)-18、IL-4、干扰素(IFN)-γ、IgE及嗜酸粒细胞阳离子篮白(ECP)水平的相关性及临床意义。方法:选择花粉症患者89例。分为缓解期组和发作期组,并取健康对照者30例。应用酶联免疫吸附试验和UniCAP系统检测各组血浆IL-18、IL-4、IFN-γ水平和sIgE、tIgE、ECP水平。结果:①发作期组血浆tIgE和ECP水平明显高于缓解期组和对照组(均P<0.01);发作期组和缓解期组之间血浆sIgE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均明显高于对照组(均P<0.01)。②发作期组血浆IL-18、IL-4水平明显高于缓解期组和对照组(均P<0.01),缓解期组IL-18水平也明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。③发作期组血浆IL-18与IL-4、tIgE、ECP分别呈显著正相关,而IL-4、tIgE分别与IFN-γ呈显著负相关。IL-18与IFN-γ、sIgE水平之间不存在相关性。结论:花粉症患者血浆IL-18与tIgE、IL-4、ECP水平增高且存在显著相关性,提示IL-18可能参与气道的过敏性炎症反应。
Objective: To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of plasma interleukin (IL) -18, IL-4, interferon (IFN) -γ, IgE and eosinophil basal basket (ECP) in patients with hay fever. Methods: 89 cases of hay fever patients were selected. Divided into remission group and attack group, and take healthy control in 30 cases. The levels of IL-18, IL-4, IFN-γ and sIgE, tIgE and ECP in plasma were detected by ELISA and UniCAP system. Results: ① The levels of tIgE and ECP in the seizure group were significantly higher than those in the remission group and the control group (all P <0.01). There was no significant difference in plasma sIgE levels between the seizure group and remission group (P> 0.05) But all were significantly higher than the control group (all P <0.01). ② The levels of IL-18 and IL-4 in seizure group were significantly higher than those in remission group and control group (all P <0.01), IL-18 level in remission group was also significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). (3) There was a significant positive correlation between plasma IL-18 and IL-4, tIgE and ECP in seizure group, while IL-4 and tIgE were negatively correlated with IFN-γ. There was no correlation between IL-18 and IFN-γ and sIgE levels. Conclusion: The levels of plasma IL-18, tIgE, IL-4 and ECP in hay fever patients are significantly increased, indicating that IL-18 may be involved in allergic airway inflammation.
