针对某型装备安装的CCD图像传感器缺少专门检测设备对其常亮坏点进行检测的问题,设计了基于Arduino开发环境的CCD常亮坏点检测仪。检测仪以Arduino为控制核心,控制完成CCD输出信号调理和检测,计算出CCD常亮坏点位置和数量。通过可编程智能LCD开发人机交互界面,与Arduino建立串口通信,通过数据交互,完成对Arduino的控制和检测结果的显示。应用表明,检测仪能够快速、准确地对CCD常亮坏点进行检测。
For a type of equipment to install the CCD image sensor lacks specialized testing equipment for its often bright spot detection problem, the design is based on Arduino development environment CCD constant bright spot detector. Arduino detector as the control center to complete the CCD output signal conditioning and detection control to calculate the location of the CCD often bright and the number of dead pixels. Through the programmable intelligent LCD development man-machine interface, and Arduino establish serial communication, through the data exchange, to complete the Arduino control and test results display. Application shows that the detector can quickly and accurately detect the CCD always bright pixels.
