辽宁省营口县果品公司于一九七0年开始进行苹果冻结贮藏试验,一九七六年又与熊岳农科所合作进行了这项工作,到一九七八年试验结束,对苹果冻贮技术积累了一些试验数据,总结了实际应用经验。他们九年累计冻结贮藏了5721吨苹果。 试验结果表明:苹果冻贮效果良好,具有很好的保鲜效果。最明显的优点是减少损耗和延长贮存期,同时能明显减少国光苹果虎皮病的发生。冻贮对果实糖份的消耗影响不大,但对酸的消耗比一般贮藏有明显减少。
