采用超声辅助水热/溶剂热生长法制备了高质量ZnS:Eu2+光学气敏材料,搭建了一套由ZnS:Eu2+气敏薄膜、简易气室、微型光纤光谱仪及配套软件构成的气体传感器用以检测H2S气体浓度,该传感器稳定性好,抗干扰能力强。采用荧光猝灭原理Stern-Volmer方程发现,被测H2S气体浓度与敏感元件荧光猝灭信号呈线性对应关系,传感器响应快,可实现对低浓度H2S气体的高灵敏度检测。
A high quality ZnS: Eu2 + optical gas sensor was prepared by ultrasonic assisted hydrothermal / solvothermal growth method. A gas sensor consisting of ZnS: Eu2 + gas sensor, simple gas chamber, micro fiber spectrometer and software was constructed H2S gas concentration detection, the sensor stability, anti-interference ability. According to the Stern-Volmer equation of fluorescence quenching, it is found that there is a linear relationship between the measured H2S gas concentration and the fluorescence quenching signal of the sensor, and the response of the sensor is fast, and the high-sensitivity detection of low concentration H2S gas can be achieved.
