目的 探讨白细胞介素 6 (IL - 6 )及可溶性白细胞介素 6受体 (s IL - 6 R)在不同类型 Guillain- Barre综合征 (GBS)免疫发病机制中的作用。方法 采用酶联免疫法对急性运动轴索性神经病 (AMAN)和急性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病 (AIDP)患者血清中 IL - 6及 s IL - 6 R水平进行检测。结果 AMAN和 AIDP患者急性期血清中 IL -6水平显著升高 ,且与病情有关 ,而 s IL - 6 R水平却无明显升高。 AMAN组与 AIDP组相比 ,IL - 6及 s IL - 6 R含量均无显著差异。结论 IL - 6在 AMAN和 AIDP免疫发病机制中均起重要作用 ,其作用在两者之间无显著差异。 s IL -6 R在 GBS发病中不起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) and soluble interleukin 6 receptor (sIL - 6R) in the pathogenesis of different types of Guillain - Barre syndrome (GBS). Methods Serum levels of IL - 6 and IL - 6R in patients with acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN) and acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (AIDP) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of IL - 6 in acute phase of patients with AMAN and AIDP were significantly increased, and the levels of IL - 6R were not significantly increased. Compared with AIDP group, the levels of IL - 6 and sIL - 6R in AMAN group were not significantly different. Conclusion IL - 6 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of AMAN and AIDP immunization. The effect of IL - 6 is no significant difference between the two. IL-6R plays no role in the pathogenesis of GBS.
