类癌是一种少见的特殊类型肿瘤。在我国手边能找到的文献上的例数是可数的。一般讲类癌倾向于低度恶性;例如,它可缓慢地侵袭性生长,甚至也可发生转移。但由类癌直接致死者,总的来说,百分率是相当低的。由于人们对它的认识逐渐加深,现在和过去都有各种名称或别名,如嗜银癌、嗜银瘤、肠嗜铬瘤、Kultschitzky 细胞癌、神经类癌等。迄至最近,文献上通常还是用类癌这一名称。 Carcinoid is a rare special type of tumor. The number of cases that can be found in our country is countable. It is generally said that carcinoid tends to be low-grade; for example, it can slowly invasively grow, and even metastasize. However, as a direct result of carcinoid deaths, the percentage is quite low. As people’s understanding of it gradually deepened, now and in the past have a variety of names or aliases, such as argyrophil cancer, chemotaxis, intestinal pheochromocytoma, Kultschitzky cell carcinoma, neurocarcinoma and so on. Until recently, the name carcinoid was often used in the literature.
