编者按:2012年5月23日,教育部颁布了《3—6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(以下简称《指南》)的征求意见稿,向社会广泛征求意见。《指南》(征求意见稿)的发布具有深刻的社会背景,从国内背景来说,是为了深入贯彻《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》和《国务院关于当前发展学前教育的若干意见》,指导幼儿园和家庭实施科学的保育和教育,促进幼儿身心全面和谐发展。从国际背景来说,则受联合国2006年儿童教育基金会项目在全球推广的影响。
Editor’s note: On May 23, 2012, the Ministry of Education promulgated the draft for solicitation of the Guide for the Study and Development of Children 3-6 (hereinafter referred to as the “Guidelines”) to solicit opinions from the community. The publication of the Guide (Draft for Comment) has a profound social background. From a domestic background, it is intended to thoroughly implement the “Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” and the “State Council’s Proposal on Current Development of Pre- Some Opinions on Education ”to guide kindergartens and families in implementing scientific conservation and education so as to promote the all-round and harmonious development of children’s physical and mental health. In the international context, it is affected by the global promotion of the 2006 UNICEF project.
