乘着“普九”的东风,我们对陕西省渭南市的华阴市、合阳县、澄城县等三县(市)的34所中小学教师队伍的现状作了直接调查,并结合有关资料对我国欠发达地区的中小学教师队伍作了详细考察。“普九”以来,欠发达地区的中小学教师队伍的学历合格率由1980年的15%左右提高到现在的60%以上,业务能力和整体素质有了大幅度提高。扎根农村,淡泊名利,勤勤恳恳,爱崩敬业,立志改变贫困落后面貌,是社会主义市场经济条件下我国欠发达地区中小学教师队伍的主流。但是,随着“普九”工作的深入开展,中小学教师队伍面临数量不够,来源不足,待遇偏低,队伍不稳,质量有待提高的问题十分突出。
Take the “Nine” east wind, we made a direct investigation into the current situation of 34 primary and secondary school teachers in three counties (cities), Huayin City, Heyang County and Chengcheng County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, Data on the underdeveloped areas of primary and secondary school teachers made a detailed inspection. Since the beginning of the “Nine-year Plan”, the pass rate of primary and secondary school teachers in underdeveloped areas has risen from 15% in 1980 to over 60% now, and their professional ability and overall quality have been greatly improved. Being rooted in the countryside, fame and fortune, diligence, love and dedication, and determination to change the backwardness of the poor are the mainstays of the ranks of primary and secondary school teachers in less developed regions in the socialist market economy. However, with the deepening of the work of universal compulsory education, the number of primary and secondary school teachers is facing a problem of insufficient quantity, inadequate sources, low treatment, unstable teamwork and the quality to be improved.
