前言环氧丙烷(PO)和环氧乙烷(EO)的聚合物在化学工业中占有相当重要的地位。低分子量的环氧丙烷均聚物和环氧乙烷同环氧丙烷的共聚物可以用作液压流体、润滑剂、表面活性剂和化工中间体。本文介绍了PO—EO嵌段共聚物的合成方法以及用作表面活性剂时的特殊性质。利用FTS—15/90付立叶变换红外光谱仪研究了嵌段共聚物的结构,并给出了几个具体合成实例。借此与同行们探讨合成PO—EO嵌段共聚物的有效方法。
Introduction Polymers of propylene oxide (PO) and ethylene oxide (EO) occupy a significant position in the chemical industry. Copolymers of low molecular weight propylene oxide homopolymers and ethylene oxide with propylene oxide can be used as hydraulic fluids, lubricants, surfactants, and chemical intermediates. This article describes the synthesis of PO-EO block copolymers and their special properties when used as surfactants. The structure of the block copolymer was studied by FTS-15/90 Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FT-IR), and several specific synthesis examples were given. With colleagues to explore the synthesis of PO-EO block copolymer effective method.
