通过磁学分析和磁记忆检测,研究了应力集中和去应力热处理对磁记忆检测结果的影响。结果表明:热处理前,应力集中和缺陷尺寸共同影响磁记忆信号的变化;缺陷引起磁记忆信号发生明显变化,并且磁记忆信号随着缺陷尺寸的增加表现出线性增加的规律。试样经过去应力热处理后,磁记忆信号明显削弱,难以反应出缺陷的位置。在外载荷作用下,磁记忆信号随着外加载荷的增加呈现出指数递增的变化规律。因此,应用磁记忆检测技术进行无损检测应充分考虑被测对象热处理状态和外加载荷的影响。并且,金属磁记忆检测结果可以用来验证去应力热处理的效果。
By magnetic analysis and magnetic memory testing, the effect of stress concentration and stress-relief heat treatment on magnetic memory test results was studied. The results show that stress concentration and defect size affect the change of magnetic memory signal before heat treatment. The defect causes the magnetic memory signal to change obviously, and the magnetic memory signal shows a linear increase with the increase of defect size. After the sample is subjected to the stress-relief heat treatment, the magnetic memory signal is significantly weakened and it is difficult to reflect the position of the defect. Under the external load, the magnetic memory signal shows an exponential increasing variation with the increase of applied load. Therefore, the application of magnetic memory testing for non-destructive testing should take full account of the measured object heat treatment and the impact of applied load. And, metal magnetic memory test results can be used to verify the effect of stress-relief heat treatment.
