目的:观察党参、白术、茯苓和炙甘草及四君子汤对D-半乳糖(D-gal)诱导小鼠衰老模型学习记忆的调节作用。方法:用D-gal诱导衰老小鼠模型。采用Y型迷宫、氧化抗氧化指标的测定和跳台实验检测小鼠学习记忆能力。结果:与对照组比较,衰老模型组小鼠跳台错误次数和迷宫错误次数明显增多(P<0.05,P<0.01);四君子汤能明显降低D-gal诱导衰老小鼠的跳台错误次数和迷宫测试潜伏期(P<0.05)。结论:D-gal能诱导小鼠出现学习记忆能力下降,四君子汤能改善衰老小鼠学习记忆能力。
Objective: To observe the regulation effect of Codonopsis pilosula, Atractylodes macrocephalae, Poria cocos and Zhigancao and Sijunzi decoction on learning and memory of aging model induced by D-galactose in mice. Methods: The aging mouse model was induced by D-gal. Y-type maze, oxidation and antioxidant index determination and jump test to detect mice learning and memory ability. Results: Compared with the control group, the number of jumping error and the number of maze errors in aging model group were significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01); Sijunzi Decoction significantly reduced the number of jumping errors and maze test in D-gal induced aging mice Latency (P <0.05). Conclusion: D-gal can induce learning and memory in mice decreased, Sijunzitang can improve learning and memory in aging mice.
