膨胀石墨经硼氧化物浸渍修后辊轧制成柔性石墨箔。应用激光质谱、X-光电子谱、扫描电镜和热重测定分析了所制柔性石墨箔。结果表明:浸渍硼氧化物后石墨箔的初始氧化温度提高了约150℃。即使浸渍少量(质量分数低于2%)的硼氧化物也能提高此材料的拉伸强度。纵观其浸渍改善效果,可能归因于膨胀石墨粒中与石墨片层化学键合的硼氧化物堵塞了其活性位点所致。
Expanded graphite impregnated with boron oxide repair rolled flexible graphite foil. The prepared flexible graphite foil was analyzed by laser mass spectrometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetry. The results showed that the initial oxidation temperature of graphite foil increased about 150 ℃ after impregnated with boron oxide. Even if a small amount (less than 2% by mass) of boron oxide is impregnated, the tensile strength of the material can be increased. A general review of the effect of the impregnation improvement may be attributed to the blockage of the active site by boron oxide chemically bound to the graphite sheet in the expanded graphite particles.
