试验结果表明 ,用豆秸、玉米芯、棉秆、棉籽壳等均可代替栎木屑栽培香菇。尤其用豆秸或分别加入4 0 %的玉米芯、棉秆粉 ,菌丝长势旺盛 ,产量提高 2 9.3 9%～ 4 5.2 3 %,花菇率达 79.5%～ 81 .1 %,成本降低9.52 %～ 1 3 .81 %,产投比达 6.0～ 6.6∶ 1。用棉籽壳栽培时 ,产量、产值和纯利润最高 ,但成本增加 1 3 .81 %,产投比为 5.6∶ 1。玉米芯或棉秆均以加入 4 0 %的豆秸粉效益最好。
The test results show that the use of soybean straw, corn cob, cotton stalks, cotton seed hulls, etc. can replace the cultivation of shiitake mushrooms.
