目的研究一种二氧化氯缓释剂(二元制剂)的消毒效果与稳定性。方法用理化分析和模拟现场试验方法进行观察。结果用丙二酸法测得该缓释剂的A液二氧化氯含量为4.1%,置37℃储存90d后,下降率为2.4%。将该缓释剂的B剂粉末倒入A液瓶子中,摇匀后置1m3密闭空间内,自然熏蒸1h、2h、4h和6h,对人工涂染的金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率分别为64.3%、98.6%、100.0%和100.0%;放置第30d时,对人工涂染的金黄色葡萄球菌自然熏蒸1h、2h、4h和6h,其杀灭率分别为47.4%、65.0%、86.0%和93.1%。结论该二氧化氯缓释剂有良好的稳定性,在一定空间范围内有较好的杀菌效果。
Objective To study the disinfection effect and stability of a chlorine dioxide sustained-release agent (binary preparation). Methods Physical and chemical analysis and simulation of field test methods were observed. Results The content of chlorine dioxide in liquid A of this sustained-release agent was 4.1% measured by the method of malonate, and the descendent rate was 2.4% when stored at 37 ℃ for 90 days. The slow-release agent powder B into A liquid bottle, shake and set 1m3 confined space, natural fumigation 1h, 2h, 4h and 6h, artificial stained Staphylococcus aureus kill rates were 64.3 %, 98.6%, 100.0% and 100.0%, respectively. Staphylococcus aureus artificially stained for 1h, 2h, 4h and 6h after the first 30 days were 47.4%, 65.0%, 86.0% and 93.1%. Conclusion The chlorine dioxide sustained-release agent has good stability, in a certain spatial extent has a good bactericidal effect.
