摘 要:[目的/意义]当突发公共卫生事件发生,社交媒体中相关信息可信度的重要性便凸显出来。以微信为例,提出社交媒体中的突发公共卫生事件信息可信度影响因素,以期为用户、平台以及国家信息治理部门提供相关建议。[研究设计/方法]基于问卷调查数据,从信息用户、信息来源、信息内容和信息环境4个维度对社交媒体中的突发公共卫生事件信息可信度影响因素进行探索研究。[结论/发现]研究表明,内容客观性、用户信任倾向、公众号专业性和环境外部性依次对社交媒体中的突发公共卫生事件信息可信度产生直接的正向影响,用户知情意愿和好友关系强度对社交媒体中的突发公共卫生事件信息可信度存在间接的正向影响,各影响因素之间存在着较为复杂的影响关系。[创新/价值]对社交媒体信息来源进行区分,引入用户知情意愿和环境外部性两个因素,提出对社交媒体中的公众号信息与大量重复出现的信息加强监管的建议。

Abstract:[Purpose/Significance]When public health emergencies occur,the importance of credibility of relevant information in social media is highlighted.Taking Wechat as an example,this paper puts forward the influencing factors of information credibility of public health emergencies in social media,in order to provide relevant suggestions for users,platforms and national information governance departments.[Design/Methodology]Based on the survey data,this paper explored the influencing factors of information credibility of public health emergencies in social media from four dimensions:information users,information sources,information content and information environment.[Findings/Conclusion]The results showed that content objectivity,user trust tendency,official account speciality and environment
