针对如何在组织间顺利实现管理知识的移植问题,本文基于演化视角提出管理移植的动态演化四阶段模型,并分析了每个阶段的影响因素,构建了管理移植的演化理论框架。在此基础上,以鞍钢蒂森克虏伯汽车钢有限公司人力资源管理领域的管理移植过程为例,从经验层面对本文所提出的理论命题加以检验,进一步厘清情境因素对管理移植与创新的重要性。本文对管理移植领域的理论发展和中外合资企业的跨文化管理提供有益的借鉴和指导。
Aiming at how to transplant the management knowledge smoothly between organizations, this paper proposes a four-stage model of dynamic evolution of management transplants from the perspective of evolution, and analyzes the influencing factors of each stage and constructs the evolutionary theory framework of management transplants. On this basis, taking the management transplanting process in human resource management of Anshan Steel ThyssenKrupp Automobile Steel Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper tests the theoretical proposition from the empirical level to further clarify the influence of situational factors on the management of transplantation and innovation importance. This article provides useful reference and guidance for the theoretical development in the field of transplantation management and cross-cultural management of Sino-foreign joint ventures.
