本文利用LS-DYNA软件,采用计算机仿真的方法,验证“泵气噪声”这一理论,并对轮胎在不同强制位移下进行仿真,测量轮胎花纹沟槽空气泵吸噪声的大小,实现轮胎噪声的量化模拟及预报,达到汽车轮胎仿真分析的目的。本文中轮胎噪声分类及机理、有限元分析的过程,这是轮胎噪声计算机仿真的理论基础和操作指导。汽车轮胎噪声仿真分析研究采用HyperMesh软件对仿真模型的网格划分及各种定义等前处理,然后采用LS-DY-NA软件对前处理输出的K文件进行计算并利用LS-PREPOST对计算输出文件进行了后处理,完成轮胎噪声计算机仿真过程。
