多年来,在机床工业中存在放弃使用污染环境的冷却剂而采用干加工的倾向.为了从设计的角度考虑这一发展趋势,研究了非接触式密封系统的封尘性能.斯图加特大学机械零件研究所在一个为期4年的研究项目框架中积累了有关微尘密封的知识,并将它们转化成实用的设计准则.这种密封系统的工作性能利用颗粒计算器通过实验的方法得到证实.正确设计的带气阻辅助装置的非接触式密封系统适用于在高速主轴中安全、可靠、持续地进行防微和细颗粒密封.
Over the years there has been a tendency to abandon the use of coolants polluting the environment in the machine tool industry for dry machining.In order to consider this trend from a design perspective, the dust-seal performance of non-contact sealing systems has been studied.Studies on the mechanical components of the University of Stuttgart Where a four-year research project has accumulated knowledge of dust seals and translated them into practical design guidelines. The performance of this seal system was experimentally verified using particle calculators. Proper Design The non-contact seal system with air-assist device is suitable for safe, reliable and continuous anti-micro and fine particle sealing in high-speed spindles.
