目的分析浙江省病媒生物监测点鼠类监测结果,了解浙江省鼠类种群密度和季节消长等动态变化规律,为浙江省鼠传播疾病的控制提供基础数据。方法采用夹夜法进行鼠密度和季节消长监测,每月一次,每个监测点分居民区、特殊行业和农村自然村3个监测类型。结果 2012年浙江省病媒生物监测点以褐家鼠为鼠类的主要优势种,其次为小家鼠和黄胸鼠。全省平均鼠密度为0.82只/100夹。国家级监测点杭州市和省级监测点海盐县以小家鼠为优势种,省级监测点丽水市以黄胸鼠为优势种。鼠类季节消长曲线呈双峰型;江山监测点鼠密度最高,为3.64只/100夹。结论浙江省病媒生物监测点鼠密度较低,建议国家加强顶层设计,开展鼠类和相关疾病综合监测、预警、控制措施的研究。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the results of rodent surveillance in vector biomonitoring sites in Zhejiang Province, understand the dynamic changes of rodent population density and seasonal fluctuation in Zhejiang Province, and provide basic data for the control of the spread of rat viruses in Zhejiang Province. Methods The nocturnal method was used to monitor the density and seasonal fluctuation of rodents. Once a month, each monitoring spot was divided into three monitoring types: residential areas, special industries and rural villages. Results In 2012, Rattus norvegicus was the dominant species of rodent in vector monitoring sites in Zhejiang Province, followed by Mus musculus and Rattus flavipectus. The average rat density in the province is 0.82 / 100 clip. State-level monitoring points Hangzhou and provincial-level monitoring points Haiyan to Mus musculus as the dominant species, the provincial monitoring point Lishui City, the dominant species of the yellow rat. The seasonal curve of rodents presented a bimodal pattern. The highest density of rodents was 3.64 / 100 clips. Conclusion It is suggested that the density of rats in vector control sites in Zhejiang Province is relatively low. It is suggested that the government strengthen the top-level design and carry out comprehensive monitoring, early warning and control measures on mice and related diseases.
