为了满足无渣或最少渣量炼钢与顶、底吹复合冶炼的需要,高炉冶炼低硅生铁有新进展,生铁含硅量越来越低(由0.3~0.6%降至0.1~0.2%)。与此同时,高级钢(含硫量0.005%左右与低磷)比例增多,国外进行铁水预处理(脱硅、脱磷、脱硫),国内也在开始进行铁水炉外预处理。本文仅介绍国内、外高炉冶炼低硅生铁进展情况。近几年来,国内重点企业高炉炼钢生铁含硅量有所降低。1978年8月重点企业高炉铁水含硅量为0.76%,1982年1月0.62%,
In order to meet the need of slag-free or slag-less steelmaking and top and bottom blowing smelting, there is a new progress in blast furnace smelting of low-silicon pig iron. The content of silicon in pig iron is getting lower and lower (from 0.3-0.6% to 0.1-0.2%), .
