一个成功的人势必要具备一定的智慧,但往往决定他们成功与否的是非智力因素。我们常说的非智力因素是指人的智力因素之外的那些参与学生学习活动并产生影响的个性心理的因素,如情感、兴趣、意志和性格等。非智力因素对心理过程有着启动、导向、维持与强化作用。现在的学生需要培养自己良好的个性品质,充分利用和调动非智力因素,才能获得好成绩。我认为,可以从以下方面拓展非智力因素在考试中的作用。一、考试时间的把握
A successful person must have some wisdom, but often determine whether they are successful or not. We often say that non-intellectual factors refer to the personality psychology factors that affect students’ learning activities, such as emotions, interests, wills and dispositions, besides the human intelligence factors.
