高管团队特征与创新绩效关系是近年来理论研究的热点。本文提出高管团队异质性、战略决策质量与创新绩效关系的理论模型并进行实证检验。研究结果表明:高管团队教育水平异质性和职业背景异质性与创新绩效和战略决策质量存在显著正相关关系;战略决策质量在高管团队教育水平异质性和职业异质性与创新绩效关系中具有部分中介作用。
The relationship between the characteristics of senior management team and innovation performance is a hot topic in theoretical research in recent years. This paper puts forward the theoretical model of the relationship between the heterogeneity of senior management team, the quality of strategic decision-making and innovation performance and conducts empirical tests. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between heterogeneity of education level and professional background in senior management team and innovation performance and strategic decision-making quality. The quality of strategic decision-making in the senior management team is heterogeneous in education level and occupational heterogeneity and innovation Performance relationship has a part of the intermediary role.
