前电力工业部根据国家标准局编制土工试验仪器和大坝观测仪器国家标准的要求,委托南京自动化研究所归口组织有关单位编写。随后,在电力部科学技术委员会主持下,召开了南京会议,拟定了工作计划。经过各单位共同努力,已完成土工试验仪器系列型谱知“差动电阻式应变计”等六项国家标准的编制工作,其中六项单项标准草案,经国家标准局1982年12月12日批准为国家标准。该六项国家标准将自1983年10月1日起施行。为使读者了解这些标准,本刊约请这两方面的主要起草人:南京水利科学研究所窦宜高级工程师、水利水电科学院经萱禄高级工程师和南京电力自动化设备厂林世卿工程师分别撰文进行介绍。其中对于“差动电阻式应变计”等六项标准中,引入了仪器误差的新的概念、名称和测试方法,不仅是工厂生产检验仪器的依据,也是使用单位标定、校验仪器时需要了解掌握的,请读者注意。
The former Ministry of Electric Power Industry commissioned the Nanjing Institute of Automation to organize the preparation of relevant units according to the requirements of the State Bureau of Standards on the preparation of national standards for geotechnical testing instruments and dam observation instruments.
