目的为寻找增强机体耐热能力的制剂,观察复合人参制剂对高温下鼠的影响。方法将SD雄性大鼠随机分成2组,一组灌服复合人参制剂,另一组灌服等量凉开水作对照,2组同时放入干球温度40~41℃,湿球温度35~36℃的人工热室中受热至死亡,受热过程中每隔20min用同一测温探头测定各鼠的肛温,并记录各鼠的死亡时间。结果制剂组能减缓肛温的上升速率,显著延长大鼠的存活时间,有效地降低死亡率。结论复合人参制剂能增强大鼠在热环境中的耐受能力。
The purpose is to find a preparation that enhances the heat-resistance of the body and observe the effects of the compound ginseng preparation on mice under high temperature. Methods SD male rats were randomly divided into two groups, one group was fed with compound ginseng preparations, the other group was fed with equal amount of cold boiled water as a control, and two groups were placed at the same time with dry bulb temperature of 40-41°C and wet bulb temperature of 35-36. The artificial hot cell at °C was heated to death. During the heating process, the rectal temperature of each rat was measured with the same temperature probe every 20 minutes, and the time of death of each mouse was recorded. Results The formulation group can slow down the rising rate of rectal temperature, significantly prolong the survival time of rats, and effectively reduce the mortality rate. Conclusion Compound ginseng preparation can enhance the tolerance of rats in the hot environment.
