Interview Notes: A hunter hounds his mountain with his hunting dog. Hunter wounded a hare, so that dogs to chase, but the hare escaped, and the hound told the hunter, “I try my best”. The management philosophy reflected in this allegory is that if the hunting dog “tries its utmost to arrest”, it may catch up with the hare, but due to lack of motivation, the hunting dog may miss the “delicious taste” because the subjectivity of the hunting dog is not maximized. This little story is one of the management experiences often shared with colleagues by Fu Linjiang, general manager of Jiafen. In reality, employees do their best work has been very rare, can do everything possible to do fewer and fewer employees to solve this problem, entrepreneurs need to seize the psychological needs of people, to consider what kind of mechanism to develop, What kind of approach to stimulate the internal motivation of employees.
