伴随着中国经济的迅速发展,中国的科技水平在逐渐提高,让计算机技能大量的使用在各个领域,同时,也使得网上的招聘网站如雨后逢生,前程无忧网、大街网、智联招聘、赶集网、boss直聘网等飞速发展。现在无论已经在职的工作者想要更换工作还是刚毕业的大学生大部分人都会选择用这种网络求职网站来找工作。网上求职覆盖面积广、方便有效并且成本低,吸引着广大群众参与到其中。但是,网络招聘同时也存在一些症结,如公司发布虚假信息、招聘信息过期、公司信息不健全等。希望本文通过对目前网上招聘的研究,能提高各企业的招聘效率。
