影响费托生产工艺质量管理的因素很多,其重点是对生产过程中的可控因素进行优化操作,从而改善管理、提高产量、增加企业效益。正交实验在改进产品质量、优化工艺条件和研发新产品等诸多方面有广泛应用,并且对于多因素、多水平的问题也能得到基本满意的实验效果,而且这种对实验数据处理的方法,原理简单且计算简便,同时结论的给出具有充分的科学依据。因此从理论上讨论运用正交实验的数据处理方法,来指导费托工业生产的可行性。
There are many factors that affect the quality management of Fischer-Tropsch production process.
