断裂强度是聚丙烯腈纤维最重要的参数之一,也是纺织行业客户的基本要求。在共聚物制备和纺丝过程中可以采取不同的方法,如提高固含量,改变黏度、凝固浴、干燥器等,提高断裂强度。但是在工业化、大规模、持续生产过程中会有很多限制问题。研究了工业生产中一些决定性因素,尤其是牵伸、收缩和凝固条件对提高断裂强度的影响。Polyacryl公司的AcrylicⅡ工厂利用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为溶剂,通过溶液聚合得到聚合物,并用湿法纺丝方法制备了纤维。
Fracture strength is one of the most important parameters of polyacrylonitrile fiber, but also the basic requirements of the textile industry customers. In the copolymer preparation and spinning process can take different methods, such as increasing the solids content, changing viscosity, coagulation bath, dryer, etc., to improve the breaking strength. However, there are many restrictions on industrialization, large-scale and continuous production. Some of the determinants of industrial production were investigated, in particular the effects of drafting, shrinking and setting conditions on the improvement of the breaking strength. Polyacryl’s Acrylic II plant uses dimethylformamide (DMF) as a solvent to obtain a polymer by solution polymerization and a fiber is prepared by a wet spinning method.
