随着聚驱等三次采油井、提高排液量采油井和低渗、低产深井的不断增加,抽油机杆、管偏磨及检泵周期短的问题越来越突出。本文详细分析了引起杆管偏磨的各种原因以及影响偏磨的各种因素。指出了杆管偏磨是液击现象、聚合物粘度和井身结构等联合作用的结果,提出了杆管偏磨的防治措施。
With the three production wells, such as poly flooding, raising drainage wells and low permeability, low production deep wells continue to increase, pumping rod, tube partial wear and pump inspection cycle problems are more and more prominent. This article analyzes in detail the various reasons that cause tube eccentric wear and various factors that affect partial wear. It is pointed out that the partial wear of the pipe is the result of the combined action of the liquid hammer phenomenon, the viscosity of the polymer and the structure of the well body, and the prevention and treatment measures of partial wear of the pipe rod are put forward.
