绩效管理是人力资源管理的核心。近些年,新疆兵团团场的绩效管理工作取得了明显成效,但还存在对绩效管理的认识不够正确、对绩效计划的制定不够科学、对绩效辅导的沟通不够积极、对绩效考核的评价不够合理、对绩效评估的结果不够重视等问题。因此,加强团场机关绩效管理工作,应当正确认识绩效管理工作、科学制定绩效考核计划、积极进行绩效辅导沟通、高度重视绩效考核评价、严肃对待绩效评估结果。
