目的通过回顾分析500例动脉血管CTA病人的扫描图像和扫描程序,探讨动脉血管CTA的图像质量诊断满意度、扫描成功率和辐射剂量大小。方法使用东芝Aquilion64排螺旋CT机,启用对比剂跟踪扫描技术Sure Start,双筒高压注射器快速注射非离子型碘对比剂。结果对比剂跟踪延迟时间扫描技术的图像质量诊断满意度和扫描成功率都是100%,但是辐射剂量较大。结论展望快速普及高端CT以提高检查安全性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the diagnostic accuracy, scan success rate and radiation dose of arterial CTA by retrospectively analyzing the scanning images and scanning procedures of 500 patients with arterial CTA. Methods The Toshiba Aquilion 64-slice spiral CT scanner was used to enable the Sure Start and the double-tube high-pressure syringe to rapidly inject the non-ionic iodine contrast agent. Results The contrast-tracking delay time scan technique showed 100% satisfactory image quality and successful scan, but the radiation dose was larger. Conclusion The rapid expansion of high-end CT is expected to improve the safety of inspection.
