喷水冷却系统是一种采用常压水冷法的炉子构件。美国犹卡碳物公司最初用喷水法冷却电炉炉顶。在过去的１０年中，经不断改进与开发，此法可用在钢铁行业各种冷却场合。目前此系统已用于电炉炉顶、炉壳、弯头、废气管道系统．钢包炉炉盖、燃烧室以及ＡＯＤ和ＢＯＦ烟罩上。本文结合ＢＯＦ烟罩介绍喷水冷却的设计及运行原理，其中包括与传统冷却系统相比运行更安全、维护更少及寿命更长等种种好处。
Water jet cooling system is a kind of atmospheric pressure water cooling furnace components. The United States Yuka carbon company initially used water cooling furnace top. In the past 10 years, through continuous improvement and development, this method can be used in various cooling occasions in the steel industry. At present, this system has been used for electric furnace roof, furnace shell, elbow, exhaust pipe system. Ladle furnace lid, combustion chamber, and AOD and BOF hoods. This article, combined with the BOF hood, introduces the design and operating principles of water jet cooling, including the benefits of safer operation, less maintenance and longer life than traditional cooling systems.
