我院儿科监护病房（PICU）自1991年1月至1996年11月年间收治1个月～12岁的危重病儿385例，死亡33例。分析如下。临床资料一、一般资料33例死亡病儿中，男20例，女13例；婴儿22例，其中小于6个月婴儿18例；幼儿4例；学龄前儿童3例，学龄儿童4例。病儿来源：农村25例，城市8例。
In the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) of our hospital, from January 1991 to November 1996, there were 385 critically ill children aged from 1 month to 12 years old and 33 died. analyse as below. Clinical data I. General information Among the 33 cases of dead children, there were 20 males and 13 females; 22 infants, 18 infants less than 6 months; 4 infants; 3 preschool children and 4 school-age children. Sources of sick children: 25 in rural areas and 8 in urban areas.
