企业的发展离不开高素质的员工,没经过企业文化教育的员工会阻碍创业型中小企业的快速发展。因此,对员工的教育需要不断提高,企业文化教育在创业型中小企业人力资源管理中的作用越来越突出。企业需不断加强对员工进行企业文化的教育,将其完全贯穿在企业的经营管理中,这样就能更高效地提高员工的创造精神和办事效率,在推动企业文化健康发展的同时还间接地提高了企业的经济效益,使企业在战略竞争中屹立不倒。
The development of the enterprise is inseparable from the high-quality employees. Employees without corporate culture education will hinder the rapid development of entrepreneurial SMEs. Therefore, the education needs of employees have been continuously improved. The role of corporate culture education in the human resources management of entrepreneurial SMEs has become increasingly prominent. Enterprises need to continuously strengthen the education of their employees’ corporate culture and integrate them throughout the company’s operations and management.
