混凝土界面过渡区(ITZ)是混凝土中最薄弱的连接部位,对混凝土性能有关键性的影响。综合已有研究成果,从界面过渡区的空间尺度与显微硬度、孔隙率、水化产物以及未水化颗粒等方面进行了阐述。诸多因素如水灰比、水化时间、骨料种类和表面形貌以及掺合料等都会改变混凝土界面的微观结构。并介绍了在描述ITZ体积分数、ITZ对力学与传输等性能影响方面的数值模拟方法,比较分析了不同学者提出的理论模型,对未来的研究方向作出了展望。
The transition zone of concrete (ITZ) is the weakest link in concrete, which has a key effect on the performance of concrete. According to the existing research results, the spatial scale, microhardness, porosity, hydration products and unhydrated particles of interfacial transition zone are described. Factors such as water-cement ratio, hydration time, aggregate type and surface morphology, and admixtures all change the microstructure of the concrete interface. The methods of numerical simulation on the influence of ITZ volume fraction and ITZ on the performance of mechanics and transmission are introduced. The theoretical models proposed by different scholars are compared and analyzed, and the future research directions are also forecasted.
