【案情】原告冒某某系被告丹阳市皇塘中心小学的学生。2010年5月起,原告开始参加学校田径队训练。当年9月,原告的母亲找到体育老师,诉说原告腿疼。老师认为是肌肉反应,让原告继续参加训练。原告的母亲在2011年分别找了学校班主任、副校长,称原告脚疼,不能参加训练,但学校仍组织原告参加了2011年的训练。2012年的学校田径运动会,原告报名参加跳高、跳远项目,班级准备了替补队员,但原告没有需要替补,参加了比赛。2011年至2012年5月,原告因双腿疼痛到医院检查,被诊断为生长性关节痛,医院建议勿剧烈运动。2012 【Case】 The plaintiff took a certain department of the defendant Dangyang Huangtang Central Primary School students.
