本文介绍用人工感染的方法,对郑州、信阳、辉县三个有代表性疟疾流行区的中华按蚊感染间日疟原虫的结果:郑州中华按蚊子孢子阳性率41.2%。首次证明中华按蚊对间日疟长潜伏期虫株的子孢子阳性率61.0%,高于短潜伏期子孢子阳性率33.3%,感染率的高低与供血者的配子体密度及雌雄比例关系密切。用同一患者的血同时感染郑州、辉县中华按蚊感染率无显著性差异,同一患者血同时感染郑州、信阳中华按蚊的感染率都在85%以上且相互有差别,对间日疟均有较高的敏感性。在26±1℃和相对湿度60—80%的环境下,子孢子在中华按蚊唾腺中可以持续存在8—13天之久。
