在定向井、水平井的造斜和扭方位作业中,钻头的保径侧切功能是影响钻井速度和井身质量的重要因素之一。模拟三牙轮钻头保径侧切齿形刮切破碎井壁岩石形成过渡带的运动,建立了试验装置;选择典型岩石,组合不同齿形、不同布齿结构、不同试验参数,进行了牙齿破岩及受力分析。研究结果对研究开发保径侧切功能强的造斜扭方位专用钻头具有实用价值,为合理确定保径侧切齿的齿形及布齿结构提供了技术依据。该项成果已在国内开发的第一种造斜扭方位专用钻头的设计中应用,并获得了成功。

The research results have practical value for the research and development of special drills with strong function of side-cut and cross-cut, and provide the technical basis for the reasonable determination of tooth profile and cloth tooth structure of the gauge side cutter. The result has been successfully applied in the design of the first special drills made in China.
