[目的] 了解重庆地区浓雾对人体肺功能即刻影响。[方法] 对在浓雾中呼吸2 h 的28 例受试者即刻检测肺功能, 并与晴日作对照。[结果] 健康组FEV1 和V75较晴日明显降低(P< 0.02, P< 0.05), 患病组Ⅲ相斜率较晴日明显增高(P< 0.05), 雾日SO2、NO2 对气道影响的浓度明显低于国外人工气室内分别所测出的阈值。[结论] 重庆地区浓雾对健康人的即刻影响以大气道为主, 对慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者则以小气道为主。
[Objective] To understand the immediate impact of dense fog on lung function in Chongqing. [Methods] Twenty-eight subjects who had breathed for 2 hours in the dense fog immediately tested for lung function and compared with the sunny day. [Result] The FEV1 and V75 in healthy group were significantly lower than those on sunny day (P <0.02, P <0.05), and the slope of Ⅲ phase in the sick group was significantly higher than that on sunny day (P <0.05) The concentrations of SO2 and NO2 in the airway were significantly lower than the threshold values measured respectively in the artificial air chambers abroad. [Conclusion] The immediate impact of heavy fog on healthy people in Chongqing is mainly in the airways, and mainly in the small airways in patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
