从发展大学生竞技运动的视角,为竞技俱乐部的结构,以及体育教研室和竞技俱乐部活动的整合提供理论依据。使用分析、合成、模拟和归纳教育经验,教育学观察等研究方法。根据研究结果编制控制学校竞技俱乐部的结构模式。指出俱乐部的活动可以按2个关键方向进行:群众性竞技运动和大学生高成绩竞技运动。以不同的态度对待竞技俱乐部在大学结构中的地位,如果竞技俱乐部是单独的结构组成部分,将它的活动整合到体育教研室的工作体系中,就可以取得极大的效果。这样的整合既可以在相关文件的框架内实现,也可以从活动的视角来实现,它的表现清晰地显现在组织和举行各种各样的体育、健康和竞技运动的活动过程中,参加这些活动不仅对于大学生形成参加竞技运动的价值观,而且对其个性特征形成也产生重要影响,使他们在职业劳动市场环境中能有效地竞争。
