本文就高炉生产用的石球热风炉和竖炉直接还原用的石球制气炉在生产中普遍存在的填料层变形、粘结等问题,分析球炉填料实际荷重及高温蠕变,利用相图探讨炉尘中各种杂质氧化物及H_2、H_2O对石球炉硅铝质耐火填料化学侵蚀的机理,指出球炉填料层的工作条件及受渣化危害的程度都较之砖炉更为恶劣。相应提出避免石球炉化学侵蚀的一些措施和探索石球制气炉应采用的新型耐火材料。石球热风炉广泛用于小高炉炼铁生产。
