目的:研究注射用维通(WTI)对大鼠实验性肠粘连的防治作用。方法:选用SD大鼠,实验分为空白对照、模型对照、阳性对照组和WTI高、中、低剂量组,给药后对各组大鼠肠粘连程度进行评价,并进行血液生化学检测。结果:与模型对照组比较,WTI高、中剂量组能极显著减轻大鼠肠粘连程度,能显著降低血中白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LYM)水平,对红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)无显著性影响;WTI低剂量组能显著性减轻大鼠肠粘连程度,显著降低血中PLT水平,显著升高RBC水平,对WBC和LYM无显著性影响。结论:WTI能显著减轻大鼠肠粘连程度,调节有关炎症细胞水平,对实验性大鼠肠粘连有一定防治作用
OBJECTIVE: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of WTI on experimental intestinal adhesion in rats. METHODS: SD rats were selected and the experiments were divided into blank control, model control, positive control group and WTI high, middle and low dose groups. After the administration, the degree of intestinal adhesion in each group was evaluated, and blood biochemical tests were performed. Results:Compared with the model control group, WTI high and middle dose group can significantly reduce the degree of intestinal adhesion in rats, can significantly reduce blood leukocyte (WBC), lymphocyte (LYM) levels, for red blood cells (RBC), platelets (PLT ) No significant effect; WTI low-dose group can significantly reduce the degree of intestinal adhesion in rats, significantly lower blood PLT levels, significantly increased RBC levels, WBC and LYM no significant effect. Conclusion: WTI can significantly reduce the degree of intestinal adhesion in rats, regulate the level of inflammatory cells, and have a preventive effect on experimental rat intestinal adhesions.
