针对村镇低层与多层建筑和再生材料应用,研发了一种模塑聚苯乙烯保温模块单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙,该剪力墙由保温模块、再生混凝土、单排钢筋、异形柱边框和面层砂浆复合而成。进行了2个足尺剪力墙试件低周反复荷载试验,1个为模塑聚苯乙烯保温模块单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙试件,另1个为普通单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙试件。分析了2个试件的破坏特征、承载力、位移与延性、刚度退化及耗能性能等,提出了保温模块单排配筋剪力墙受剪承载力计算模型,其计算结果与试验符合较好。研究结果表明:与普通单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙相比,模塑聚苯乙烯保温模块单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙承载力明显提高,刚度退化减慢,延性好,耗能能力大幅度提高。模塑聚苯乙烯保温模块单排配筋再生混凝土剪力墙可用于村镇低层和多层抗震结构中。
In view of the application of low-rise and multi-storey buildings and recycled materials in villages and towns, a single-row reinforced concrete reinforced concrete shear wall with molded polystyrene insulation module was developed. The shear wall is composed of thermal insulation module, recycled concrete, single- Frame and surface mortar composite. Low-cycle repeated load tests of two full-length shear wall specimens were carried out. One was a single-row reinforced reinforced concrete shear wall specimen with polystyrene insulation module and the other one was a single-row reinforced reinforced concrete Shear wall specimens. The failure characteristics, the bearing capacity, the displacement and ductility, the stiffness degradation and the energy dissipation performance of the two specimens were analyzed. The calculation model of the shear capacity of single-row shear wall with heat preservation module was put forward. The calculated results are in good agreement with the test it is good. The results show that compared with ordinary single-row reinforced concrete regenerated concrete shear walls, the load-bearing capacity of single-row reinforced concrete shear walls with molded polystyrene insulation module is obviously improved, the stiffness degeneration slows down, the ductility is good, and the energy dissipation capacity substantial improvement. Molded polystyrene insulation module single row of reinforced recycled concrete shear wall can be used in the village of low-rise and multi-story seismic structure.
