The Anglo-American legal system, also known as the common law system, is a legal and cultural tradition that exists in parallel with the civil law system (also known as the civil law system) in the modern western legal system civilizations. The United Kingdom took the lead because Britain was the pioneer of this tradition and the United States came after it because the United States was the most influential successor to that tradition. However, the United States is a country full of pioneering and innovative ideas compared to the conservative Britain.
